After an absence of more than 5 years, RICK WAKEMAN returns to Alsager on Friday 6th January 2018 with ‘New Year Piano Resolutions.’
This year Rick has performed in Israel, Japan, Europe and only recently returned from 6 weeks in Canada and U.S.A. for yet another extensive UK tour, so we are extremely lucky to have secured this one-night appearance for Alsager.
The one man piano show is being staged at St Mary’s Church in partnership with Alsager Scouts and Guides as a joint fund raising venture and promises to be truly a night out to remember. Rick’s last performance at St Mary’s was a complete sell out: enjoyed by an audience of over 400 who came from all over the U.K.
Once again the concert in our beautiful, grade 2 listed Church will be enhanced with a special sound and lighting system and licensed Marquee Bar. All of this, added to Rick’s amazing musical talent and raconteurial expertise promise a night of top class entertainment.
