On Sunday 8th September, Alsager will once more be transformed into a little Italy with the town’s annual line-up of fabulous food, family fun, Italian supercars and scooters alongside live entertainment, competitions and more… bringing a little taste of Italy to Cheshire East.
To give you a flavour of what to expect… there will be an array of Italian food sellers from pizza to gnocchi to arancini, panini, olives, oils and wine and much more, with live music/entertainment, Italian supercars & scooters on display, fairground rides, balloon twisting, stilt walkers and street entertainers… and once again there will be fabulous live on stage cookery demonstrations (come and see how the professional chefs do it). There will also be a licensed Italian Beer & Prosecco Bar and Italian Gins for visitors to enjoy… not forgetting competitions for adults and children to get involved in and many of the town centre shops will be open on the day.
A great one for the children is the KIDS FANCY DRESS COMPETITION with a fantastic prize of a pizza party for 10 children at Romazzino Restaurant in Alsager and children are encouraged to get dressed up (Italian theme) to be in with a chance of winning,
